Senior Receptionist – Private Equity Firm. £40-45k base plus bonus & benefits.
10:00-7:00pm. Bi-weekly Friday WFH.10-15% bonus. Breakfast, lunch and 50% gym contribution.
A great opportunity has arisen to join a top global Private Equity firm based in stunning St James’ offices, as a Senior Receptionist.
Working in a team alongside one Receptionist and a housekeeper, this role will ensure the seamless running of the front of house area. As a Senior Receptionist you will manage the switchboard system, welcome all visitors, book meeting rooms, and manage all other areas of the reception and meeting rooms to an incredibly high standard.
The successful Senior Receptionist will have solid and impeccable customer service experience, ideally within a professional services environment and enjoy a fast-paced client facing role. The candidate will thrive on multi-tasking and working to deadlines and have Strong MS skills, well as experience ideally with Cisco Phone systems.
