Meet Victoria

Victoria is the founder and Managing Director of Victoria Lindfield Associates, with over 15 years of experience within high-level Business support recruitment. After spotting a niche in the recruitment market for a more bespoke independent consultancy with a personal touch, Victoria took the opportunity to launch her own boutique company in 2018 focussing on her business support speciality, and VLA was born.

Victoria thrives on working with people and finding the right long-term solution for both her candidates and clients. Her number one priority is truly to help people find the right match. Her expertise of the market, as well as her fully transparent communication style, ensures the highest level of support and guidance throughout the entirety of your process.

Alongside full recruitment support, Victoria is always on hand to offer additional support, whether that be consultancy advice across your business support function, guidance, and tips for upcoming interviews, or even just as an impartial yet friendly ear if you’re having bad day in the office. Her passion for people means she is always ready to help wherever she is needed.
