Job Details

Recruitment Consultants required- UK and international. £30k-£70k basic plus excellent commission. On target earnings- 50K-150K plus.

Hybrid or remote working with Mayfair office. Incredible benefits and kind and positive working culture.

Victoria Lindfield Associates are a super high end, top boutique Recruitment Consultancy specialising in Executive Assistant and business support recruitment. We are so delighted that business has been thriving, post pandemic, and we have continued to recruit and grow- working with top firms across all industries, with a particular focus within Private Equity, consulting and tech.

We are looking for experienced, self-motivated and consultative Recruitment Consultants based anywhere across the UK or international, recruiting across the following areas-

• PA and administrative recruitment
• Private household -nannies, drivers, chefs, private PA
• HR recruitment
• IT recruitment

Our consultants are super motivated and driven by doing a great job for their candidates and clients- they are not given any silly recruitment targets and do not work silly hours! We are not looking for salespeople, just people who love helping and supporting people to find their next great role.

There is no expectations for cold calling or horrid sales targets. Business development is done through networking and recommendations.

• Highly generous commission structure. Up to 20% of billings and no threshold
