PA / Office Manager - Boutique Property firm - Marylebone. Up to 55k
We are working with a fabulous Founder of a boutique property firm who is seeking a hugely experienced and proactive PA to offer business and private PA support, plus Office Management to run their small office and support on Marketing and events.
This is a hugely hands on and varied role offering PA support to a hugely busy but approachable founder, whilst offering lots of technical support to the team- supporting on marketing and social media, producing brochures, managing the website, creating extensive presentations, finance administration and office management.
The candidate will have-
- Advanced Microsoft skills, including Excel and Photoshop.
- Marketing experience would be an advantage
- Typing speed of 60 wpm +
- Able to work proactively in a small office
- Articulate, well presented and good sense of humour
The company offer 25 days holiday, 9:30-6pm hours, a great team and Founder in an exciting and all-encompassing role. Discretionary bonus included.
