Executive Assistant and Office Manager required for luxury goods business.
Stunning offices and great team - Kensington - up to 65K. Occasional international travel.
The role - Business and private Executive Assistant to the Founder of a highly regarded and hugely successful luxury goods business. Based in their stunning mews office, amongst a small close knit team, you will offer right hand support to a hugely inspirational Founder and true Entrepreneur, as well as managing the small office with Office Management, Sales support and financial administration.
The role will be all encompassing, offering private support to the family as well as a high level of exceptional diary and inbox management, client liaison, event management and project work.
- Extensive business EA experience to a HNWI / Entrepreneur
- Excellent Microsoft skills, including Outlook
- Ability to juggling multiple priorities
- Polish, attention to detail and highly motivated to work within a small team
You will have exposure to a hugely interesting business, able to get heavily involved with the clients and day to day running of the global business and work for a highly inspirational Founder and charming family.
Experience within the the art world / luxury goods sector / real estate is a preference.
