Portfolio Administration Assistant- Private Equity firm. £45-55k plus up to 20% bonus. West End.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Portfolio Administration Assistant to join a top Private Equity firm, based in the West End, walking distance from Victoria station or Hyde Park Corner. Reporting to the Portfolio and Operations Director, the role will provide support to the super friendly Infrastructure investment team and support functions, as well as involve some PA duties to the team.

Duties to include-

  • Own day-to-day portfolio admin processes, managing deal sites and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Coordinate minutes for investment review meetings and maintain portfolio data in DealCloud.
  • Attend and minute quarterly Advisory Committee meetings.
  • Resolve Compliance and Internal Audit items related to the portfolio.
  • Contribute to process reviews and improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support Infrastructure legal team with EA tasks for optimum efficiency.
  • Manage relationship management databases for accuracy and completeness.

 

Experience within a Private Equity or financial services environment in an EA role with previous exposure to portfolio administration, or experience within compliance or in house legal. They are seeking a team player with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. Proactive and self-starting with excellent interpersonal skills. Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to multitask and ability to work independently and drive results under pressure.
