Executive Assistant to CEO- High-Growth, Fintech. City of London. £80-100k plus bonus and package.
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a rapidly scaling fintech business, headquartered in London. Working as a true right hand, you will take full ownership of the CEO’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution across a complex and ever-changing schedule.
This is a pivotal, one-to-one role at the heart of a business that is doubling year-on-year. The organisation operates at pace, with high standards and a clear vision for growth across Europe. Supporting a driven and detail-oriented CEO, this role requires a confident, intelligent and highly capable Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and inbox management across multiple time zones
- End-to-end international travel coordination and itinerary planning
- Meeting preparation, board-level support and follow-up on key actions
- Acting as a gatekeeper and trusted liaison across senior stakeholders
- Supporting on strategic projects and business priorities
- Light private support as required
You will bring:
- Proven experience supporting a CEO within fintech, tech, private equity or similarly fast-paced sectors
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and precision
- Strong judgement, integrity and the confidence to push back when needed
- A proactive, solutions-led mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
