Executive Assistant- Private Equity Firm – Central London. 12-Month FTC.

We are partnering with a prestigious global Private Equity firm seeking a talented and personable Executive Assistant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an incredible opportunity to transition from a larger, more impersonal finance or banking environment into a top-tier Private Equity firm known for its smaller, more collaborative, and dynamic culture.
Based in beautiful, modern offices, and working alongside a close-knit team of Executive Assistants, you will provide dedicated support to a small team of Investment professionals. The role includes full EA responsibilities such as managing extensive and constantly changing diaries, coordinating complex global travel on a weekly basis, and handling expense reports. Over time, there will also be opportunities to take on events and additional responsibilities.
What You’ll Need
- Extensive Executive Assistant experience within professional services, ideally in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or global consulting.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential.
- A proactive and hardworking attitude, a great sense of humour, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
