A leading multinational insurance business are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support an ExCo member and part of their Senior Leadership Team. This busy, fast-paced, and ambassadorial position requires a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to manage complex diary and meeting schedules alongside the organisation and attendance at various committee and board meetings.
A fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Executive Assistant looking to build a strong trust-based partnership with their Executive. You’ll work proactively to anticipate needs, act as a sounding board, and keep things moving behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy diary and meeting coordination across a busy global schedule
- Support for Board and Committee meetings: preparing decks, taking minutes (no shorthand needed), managing agendas
- Expense management via Concur
- Acting as a true gatekeeper and trusted contact, internally and externally
- Attending meetings for minutes and follow-ups
Key requirements:
- Minimum 5yrs ExCo/board level EA experience in insurance / financial services
- Unflappable, calm under pressure, precise and proactive
- Organised, professional, and someone who never needs a reminder
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Tech-savvy with advanced MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Confident, experienced, and able to represent your senior leader with polish and finesse
